Cancellation and refund for the member track.

The free reading room, glossary, and deep dives cost nothing and have nothing to refund. This notice covers only the member track, which adds reviewer-graded exercises and an optional desk appointment.

Before the first exercise is graded

You may cancel within seven days of enrolment and before any exercise has been graded, and receive a full refund. Email the desk at [email protected] with your enrolment details and we will refund the original payment method within ten working days.

After grading has begun

Once a reviewer has graded your first exercise, the service is considered partly delivered. We offer a proportional refund for the remaining, un-graded exercises, calculated against the number of readings still to be reviewed. We do not refund the desk appointment once it has been held.

Send your request to [email protected] from the email you enrolled with, or call +82 2-6943-2087 weekday afternoons. Tell us whether you want a refund or to pause and resume later; we can hold an enrolment for up to three months at no charge.

What we cannot refund

Bank or card fees charged by your payment provider are not refundable by us. If you cancel after grading has begun and choose to keep the remaining exercises, no refund is owed.
